The One and Only Treatment for Covid

Can anyone else watching this video tell me about one sickness, one alignment, one disease in the world that only has one treatment option available? I mean, OTHER than COVID-19!

Maybe I am missing something, but does anyone else find it strange that the only 'cure' for Covid is the magical vaccine? We can't get a second opinion from a different medical doctor, we are not allowed to talk to nurses, naturopaths or even go to the internet to research other treatment options. Google and youtube have banned anything else other than to tell you to get the vaccine...

You don't think that has anything to do with the fact that Pfizer reported a 92% operational growth in full-year 2021 revenues? The company saw revenues in the range of $98bn to $102bn VS the $42bn they made the year previous. The two things must not be connected at all, right? I mean money doesn't have much power in the world and its relationship to power does it?!
