Easy Chicken Chow Mein in less than 60 seconds. It was very good! I don’t claim to be a chef. I’m just an engineer who makes meals for his kids.

Marinate Chicken
1.5 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Baking Soda
Soya Sauce
1 tbs Soya Sauce

Prepare Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Sesame Oil
Soya Sauce
Sugar
Mix & add to Taste

Prepare Noodles
Boil for 1 minute
Shock in Cold Water
Dry them out

Vegetables
whatever you have on hand. I used
Carrots
Peppers
Brussel Sprouts
Onions

Fry Chicken
Fry Veggies
FryNoodles
Add Chicken in
Coat noodles with Sauce
Add in Vegetables
