			Clearing Charges Exercise to Release Fear, Anger & Negative Emotions

								Repeat this exercise as necessary. It is best done if you make a list of all your fears or whatever makes you angry. Try to commit to doing this once or twice daily until you've worked through your list. Do not over do it. Spend most of your time every day enjoying your life, not processing it. After you completely clear all the negative emotions on your list, don't be surprised by how magical and happy your life becomes.
