U-Haul Key Recovered At Brooklyn Shooting Scene Led Police To Abandoned Van

New York City police named Frank R. James as a person of interest in the shooting aboard a Brooklyn subway train. Police say James rented a U-Haul van, the keys of which were found at the scene of the shooting.
