Eating Chicken of the Woods Mushroom (foraged) for the first time!

So I happen to HATE mushrooms but my buddy has been talking these up for a while! They are called Chicken of the Woods, and are found on many common trees. Apparently these are delicious and taste just like chicken. My buddy happened to find some while foraging so despite my aversion towards fungi I decided to try these out! Let's go!
