Governor Kemp Finally Signs

The Georgia Permitless Carry Law is a good first step. It is a bit of a misnomer to call it Constitutional Carry as there remain restrictions and infringements, but this is a win. Take the win, but winning a battle is not the war.
We've had some conversations about the adequacy of this maneuver and some of its shortcomings but it is important to also celebrate the victories where we can get them.
The next right step is to let our lawmakers know that this is good but not good enough.
The risk is complacency. There is still more work to be done.
