Social media companies like Facebook and Twitter control a lot of the news we consume. Amazon has grown into a media conglomerate, controlling a lot of what we watch, and a lot of what we buy. Companies like Amazon, Uber and Lyft control a lot of the workforce in America, and are re-writing legislation to exploit workers, etc...
