Labor department: Inflation jumps to highest level since 1981

The cost of living in America shot up in March, as consumer prices rose 8.5% from a year ago. Steve Odland, the president and CEO of The Conference Board, joins CBS News to discuss what an increase in costs means for the economy and if the U.S. is headed towards a recession.
