Episode 97: TNA Lockdown 2007

Our journey through TNA's 2007 in pay-per-views continues! And this time, every single match is in a cage! Honestly, it wasn't a bad show. The two marquee matches for this one were Team 3D vs. LAX for the NWA World Tag-Team Titles in an Electrified Steel Cage match and the main event, which was Team Christian Cage vs. Team Kurt Angle in Lethal Lockdown! Team Angle recruited Jeff Jarrett, who no one on the team trusts. Will "The King of the Mountain" do what he promised and help Team Angle win, or will he turn his back on them all and face their wrath? Meanwhile, that electrified steel cage was...something. It was a spectacle. I'll tell ya that. And not in a good way. The Austin Starr/Senshi/Bob Backlund feud is miraculously STILL going on. Gail Kim takes on Jackie Moore in the 6 sides of steel. The new Christopher Daniels does battle with Jerry Lynn. We've got a 6-man X-Division Xscape match (it was fine...). Also, Chris Harris & James Storm face off in a Blindfold match. Now THAT is something worth seeing and talking about! Talking about, laughing at...whatever!
