Brooklyn Subway shooter James Frank arrested

The 62-year-old was arrested a day after shooting and injuring more than 29 commuters at the subway in New York City on April 12. “I’m Frank, I’m the person you’re looking for," he reportedly told the cops as they arrested him. "I’m surprised it took so long.”
