Gun control activist fails to qualify for congressional primary

Andy Parker vowed to defeat Republican congressman Bob Good when he announced his own congressional campaign earlier this year, but the gun control activist won't be a part of the Democratic primary in Virginia's 5th District after failing to submit 1,000 valid signatures in support of his campaign.
