The president also highlighted that ordinary Europeans will be the ones hardest hit by the anti-Russian rhetoric of their leaders. Russia reveals new evidence of what it claims is the activity of US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine, saying dangerous substances were tested on the patients of psychiatric clinics, with plans to then use drones to deploy the material from the sky.
