CHANGING THE SYSTEM. MY PLAN

We cannot expect the system to change without standing up to it. No one is coming to rescue us, least of all the legal industry. Lawyers are afraid to hold judges accountable. The Supreme Court has seen to it that titles two and three of the ADA are without punitive damages, which ironically discriminates against the individuals these laws are supposed to protect.

My plan is to go directly at them, bringing lawsuit after lawsuit so that there can be no denying that we are intent on realizing the rights afforded by the Americans with Disabilities Act, and tired enough of being discriminated against that we're willing to clog their system up, until the shit reconciles.
