Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn posted a video to twitter questioning Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's judicial philosophy. She goes on to refer to the 1965 SCOTUS decision Griswold V. Connecticut, a decision that said the government has no business telling people that they could not use birth control, as "constitutionally unsound."
