We are in the process of watching the biggest change in real estate occur in our lifetimes. This change will impact all real estate segments from farmland, commercial, retail, multi family and single family properties. This will impact insurance providers and also impact ones ability to buy and sell properties. We are witnessing this change and it is happening very quickly. They say it will begin in six months however it would not surprise me to see banks and other investment firms take a direction before the changes take place. Do you think that we are going to witness a crash in the real estate market or the stock market or will we see liquidity be sucked out of the market due to this major shift in the overall economy?

Remember, these changes are coming at a time where debt is at all time highs whether it be mortgage debt, credit card debt, student loan debt and consumer debt and mortgage rates are rising and we have inflation at levels we have no seen in forty years. All of this is coming to a head with this massive change that will impact the real estate space.
