S2 E8: Special Guest: Jim Esten, Shares His Healing Journey with Practicing and Teaching Qigong

Our first live guest o the show is friend and fellow Qigong instructor Jim Esten. Following a fresh injury during a blood donation Jim discovered new practices that lead to his recovery. Jim decided to follow a path of Eastern wellness practices not only as a practitioner but as a teacher. Jim has a wealth of information on many modalities and shares this with his students. Listen as Jim shares his wisdom and learn how he balances his own life (raising 8 children, working, teaching and continuously learning) .
