Lewis Arthur & VOP members…. WHY??

Lewis Arthur’s VOP members (Butterfly) are instructed to request children at the AZ/Mexico border give them their names, contacts, destinations and numbers…But why?? Arthur claims that they track these children and their placement, allegedly, in hopes of extracting them from the trafficking routes.. and delivering them to Arthur’s new Americas Movement sanctuary properties. On these properties, Arthur claims the govt has no say so nor authority over them. He has stated, allegedly, he/they are doing this without BP/LE’s knowledge. Who is actually trafficking (or attempting to) these children? You decide.
