Ingredients
- 1lb of Ground Chuck
- 1 Sweet Yellow Onion
- 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
- Brioche Butter Bread
- Mayonnaise (for the bread)
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1lb of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
