Stopping Cop From Arresting Homeless Man

@VideoMattPresents gives a homeless man $10 after Spider-Man and Mickey Mouse wouldn't answer VMP's questions. Upon going home leaving the Famous Hollywood Walk of Fame he noticed a cop was standing next to the man he just gave money to so VMP stopped in the middle of traffic and got out to see if the man was going to get arrested.
