What if all professions took the Hippocratic Oath?

Why don't all professions take the hippocratic oath? Why doesn't everyone promise to do no harm as they move through the world? Wouldn't the world be a better place if they did? Turns out the story is a little more complicated than that. How do you define harm? Can you actually teach people to be ethical? And if you could, what would that world look like?
