U.S. Freedom Flyers cofounder on judge scrapping 'unlawful' flight mask mandate

On Monday April 18, Federal Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of Florida ruled that the CDC’s longstanding mask mandate for transportation is "unlawful." This includes commercial air flights in the United States.

That means if you want to fly without wearing a face covering, the law is on your side and always has been. In fact, some countries always let people fly with an exposed smile.
