I've been actively investing in real estate for 5 years now, and I have seen some pretty rough properties in my day (I mean, I buy mobile home parks for Pete's sake!!!)
But I have NEVER...EVER...seen a property that was this bad. My friends (and, let's be honest, my wife) told me I should just burn this sucker down and sell it for the land value. However, I'm the kind of guy who, when told he can't do something, figures out any way possible to figure out how to do it, haha!
