A Federal District Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiffs bringing a lawsuit challenging Biden’s travel mask mandates. In her order, Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle from the Middle District of Florida finds that the airplane mask mandate is unconstitutional because it was imposed without public notice and comment in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.
