APEC Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment UV Bulb & Ballast Change. Start to finish. Other Problems arise

APEC UVBULB-SSV2 for a ROES-UV75-SS. Get new seals and make sure the inside of the glass holding tube for the bulb is dry. The ballast is PN: EB-G16 in my case and it seems best to change all of the parts... seal, bulb & ballast. I found the "site glass" showing the bulb is on. Keep it dry!
