Oregon - Portland - SE Powell Boulevard

Driving west (towards Portland proper) on SE Powell Blvd a few years ago. Beginning near SE 122nd Street, coming up on the right is Rocky Butte. Continuing west on Powell would be (in about 30 minutes) downtown Portland which lies across the Ross Island Bridge and over the Willamette River. Just before crossing the Ross Island, on the left, would be the Original Hotcake & Steak House. You wouldn't want to miss it. Across the river are "Downtown", the West Hills, the Oregon Zoo, and eventually the Pacific Ocean and the majestic Oregon Beaches.
