Biden Showing Signs of Dementia and Cognitive Dysfunction

After playing several clips of President Joe Biden, Newsmax host Grant Stinchfield asked (Neurosurgery Specialist) Dr. Angel Boev for his opinion of Biden's current mental state. Dr. Boev's professional opinion  is "There's clearly been a continued decline, not only a present but a continued worsening decline of his cognitive state (over) since he took office. There's absolutely no question. There ares signs of dementia. There is absolutely no question. There are signs of (unfortunately) worsening cognitive decline. And, as you pointed out a few minutes ago, this is clearly affecting domestic policy, foreign policy, etc."
