#SOSCuba 🇨🇺🚨 #Havana July 11 onward ( due to internet shut down by the state, it is hard to put a date on some footage) . This young man being beaten up by the #PNR ( police) and state security dressed up as civilians, is identified by one of his friends as Franco Alvero from #CiudadHabana .
