Russia's Defense Ministry says it has opened another exit window for Ukraine's remaining forces inside the Donbass city of Mariupol, who've been offered a fresh chance to surrender peacefully. Russian-led forces inside Mariupol have seized more Ukrainian weapons, during the assault on the last stronghold of neo-Nazi Azov troops there. Russia's Foreign Minister says the country had no choice but to send troops to protect Donbass after the West refused to respect the red lines set by Moscow. A Chilean-American journalist and Kiev critic is reported to have gone missing inside Ukraine, while one of the country's nationalist leaders claims the reporter might have been captured and killed.
