After more than a year of struggle towards complying with the suffocating CDC Mask Mandate in Public Transport, a massive relief is now on its way. U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle recently abolished the CDC mask mandate by stating it exceeded its statutory power given to it under Public Health Service Act of 1944 and has openly violated the Administrative Procedure Act in an arbitrary manner.
