Theodore's BIRTH STORY!!

It has almost been a fully year since the birth of my 1st son, can you believe it ?! I thought it was fitting to tell his birth story right before his birthday.

Theo's birth is the most important and rewarding thing I have ever accomplished and I want to share my story to uplift other women to join me in the natural birth journey, As it isn't as common to choose a natural birth. I also wanted to share my story to encourage women to share their stories more! I think it is important to hear all birth experiences (good or bad), with all the details added, to help new mom's understand what they can be up against and even to normalise how birth can be traumatic and how to over come these experiences to view them as a good thing.

I do talk about sensitive topics and where my head was at in certain moments during labour and birth.

Birth is birth and Its all hard, rewarding and is an accomplishment no matter the path you have to take to have your baby enter this world! This is my experience and These are my opinions, and choices I have and made for MYSELF.
