Today i came up with a recipe of a Special Moroccan Rice with chicken. this recipe is a must try for everyone.and its a flavourful recipe too.Its so simple to make as its one pot recipe.we could make it as fast as it shown in the video.you should try this at home and comment me your experiences.

How to make the best one pot Moroccan chicken with rice I Ready In Under 60mins.

🔘Ingredients used

1️⃣Marinade...
▪ 3tbsp of yogurt
▪ 2tbsp of ginger garlic paste
▪ 2 tbsp Chilli powder
▪ chopped green chilli - 2 units
▪ 1 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
▪ 1 1/2 tsp of Oregano
▪ 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
▪ Some mint leaves
▪ 1 tbsp of crushed coriander seeds
▪ Lemon juice from 1 unit
▪ Salt and pepper to the taste
▪ 500 grm of chicken chunks (Curry Cut)

2️⃣For Rice....
▪ 2 cups of basmati rice
▪ 2 tbsp of oil
▪ 1 medium unit onion - finely chopped
▪ finely chopped garlic- 5-6cloves
▪ cubed carrots - 1 medium unit
▪ 1/2 cup of green peas
▪ 1/2 tsp pf turmeric powder
▪ 1tsp coriander powder
▪ 1tsp red chilli flakes
▪ pineapple slices
▪ 4 cups of chicken stocks (Chicken cubes also will go)
▪ Few mint leaves
▪ Salt to taste

▪ Pomogranet and mint leaves for garnishing
