In this video we share the journey of Zain Raza our Senior Editor and Founder. Zain has taken a step back from moderation since July of 2020. Below is a note written personally by him.

Zain Raza: "It's been almost a year since I decided to take a break from moderating and undertaking interviews every other day. I reached my saturation point in 2020 in terms of my physical and mental health. It was time to take a step back and let the organization I founded in 2013 run its own course and evolve organically. I am still fully active in the background, managing the editorial, production and publishing departments. I find this type of work much more fulfilling and I plan to continue doing so until I feel confident enough to step in front of the camera again. Today I decided to compile my most memorable interviews I've done since 2013. It's amazing to see how a path unfolds when you pursue a goal with utmost dedication and focus."
