Today i came up with a recipe of a Baked Carrot Oatmeal Cake which is so nutritious and healthy.and east to prepare too.its oil free recipe so all the type of persons can have this recipe.you should try this at home and comment me your experiences.

[ASMR]Healthy And Easy Baked Carrot Oatmeal Cake I Pristine bliss

🔘Ingredients used

1️⃣For cake...
▪ 2 cups of oats (i used rolled oats)
▪ 2 cups of milk
▪ 3 tbsp of peanut butter
▪ 4tbsp of chopped walnut
▪ 4tbsp of soaked raisins
▪ 1 large carrot, grated
▪ 2 tbsp of chia seeds
▪ 1 1/2tsp of cinnamon powder
▪ 1/2tsp of nutmeg powder
▪ 2tsp of baking powder
▪ 2tbsp of honey
▪ 2tsp of vanilla flavour
▪ salt to taste

2️⃣For topping....
▪ 3 tbsp of yoghurt
▪ 1tbsp peanut butter
▪ 2tbsp of honey
▪ 1tsp of vanilla

▪ walnuts and grated carrots for garnishing
