Pickle Sticks - Delicious Pickles With Rice Wine Vinegar

Today we get ourselves into a PICKLE, with Pickle sticks! They're just like regular pickles, but better, because they're pickle-sticks! I actually based this recipe loosely on a quick cucumber salad I enjoy making, well turns out with a little tweaking it makes even better pickles!

I may make a blog post for this later, but it's pretty simple! For those that are into the number you want 1 part salt & sugar per 12 parts rice wine vinegar. Or 1 tablespoon each salt & sugar per 3/4ths cup of rice wine vinegar.
