First of all, this question is framed from the wrong perspective. Hell was made for Satan and the fallen angels, not for us. However, we are born with a curse under the law of sin and death with a sin nature, and we have to choose to live under the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. Therefore, WE choose Heaven or hell.
