Quickie: Bantam Books v. Sullivan

The 1963 case Bantam Books v. Sullivan is another case that was very important for the First Amendment. Rhode Island threatened publishers and distributors when they released "obscene" material. Despite the fact that it technically wasn't a requirement, the Supreme Court found that it was still a First Amendment violation.
