As we have consistently stated, Kevin and I are not taking a stance on retail competition, but feel this matter is of statewide concern and therefore should be handled in the legislature. The legislature took up this discussion and ultimately voted to repeal Arizona Revised Statute Title-40. We congratulate Rep. Griffin on getting her bill passed and look forward to working with all of the stakeholders to discuss this in the future.
