Mask Mandates Have ALWAYS Been Illegal! Airlines Drop Mask Mandates After Judge Ruling

A federal judge strikes down Biden's masks mandates for airlines and trains.
Biden has been using the authority of the CDC to justify mask mandates however the CDC has never had that authority.
If they did they would have the power to enforce diet and exercise and taking multivitamins. This is clearly not the case and as such mask mandates are illegal.
