Witch hats

Witch hats are easy and fun to make! All you need are fudge striped cookies, chocolate frosting, hershey's kisses, and cake decorating gel any color you'd like. Lay cookies with fudge side up. Dab a little frosting on cookie and stick kiss to it. Pipe the gel around base of kiss where it meets the cookie. Make a little bow with the gel. That's it! Now you have cute little witch hats that are fun to eat! Substitutions: you can use honey or peanut butter instead of the frosting.
