Policy Violates 4th Amendment. Uneducated. Lt Gaudet. Off Sicard. Salem Police Mass. PEM.

This is a continuation of the previous video which starts on Friday June 25th, 2021 at approximately 16:05, at the Salem Police Department, in Salem, Mass. I went down there to speak to the supervisor who was lieutenant Gaudet about officer Sicard adding my personal information into public record, while I commited no crimes at the Peabody Essex Museum. He claims it was "standard operating procedure" that if you get the police called on you, ypur information goes into the police report "because we know who you are".

The 2nd clip is from Friday July 2nd 2021 at approximately 11:21, of me confronting officer Sicard when he was on a detail. Informing him that he was in direct violation of my 4th amendment by adding personal information to public records if they have not given their information to that officer or haven't committed a crime. The 3rd clip is on Thursday July 1st 2021 at approximately 15:33, at the Peabody Essex Museum. 3 business days after I was denied service for not wearing a mask. There policy was magically "just lifted".
