#SkyWatch Opti-Copter, Flying E to W over Richmond, VA 4/20/2022

Saw this copter coming while having lunch #SkyWatch; it flashed, and at first I thought it was simply sunlight glinting off the windshield/gear. But then it flashed again, same # and intervals. Got the cam up, see the result. 4/20/2022
