What is the Best Pressure Canner: Instant Pot Max 6 Qt, Presto 22 Qt, Vs. Mirro-Matic 8 qt

No better time than now to learn how to pressure can, but what is the best pressure canner to get? Short Answer: the one you'll use!

For me, that turned out to be the Instant Pot Max for most items, but the Presto 23 quart (I said in the video it was 20 qt, but I was mistaken) is better for large batches. The Mirro Matic is a vintage estate sale find and while parts are available the exact unit is no longer sold.
