Anthony Todt is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of animal cruelty in the killings of 42-year-old Megan Todt; the couple’s children Alek, 13, Tyler, 11, and Zoe, 4; and their dog Breezy.

Police found Todt in January of 2020 living with their bodies which were wrapped in blankets, while coming to arrest Todt on allegations of insurance fraud relating to his job as a physical therapist.

Todt allegedly confessed to police that he killed his family by giving them heavy doses of Benadryl and then stabbing them, but has since alleged that his wife was responsible for the deaths of his children prior to committing suicide.
