Birth Plan before & after finding out we were having twins!!!

You can plan your life to detail but birth is one of those things that can be so unpredictable, you have to understand that to a certain degree it can't be planned out so thoroughly. However things like midwife-doctor, home-hospital, pool-bed birth, are basic things I like to add to our plan. But finding out we were having twins totally slapped me in the face so to speak and blew all plans out the window. we had to reassess and figure out a new plan, unfortunately one that I still am not 100% comfortable with but I know I have to adapt. This video explains this experience for me and how news like this can really mess with mental health in that moment.

I express some emotions in this video, which will happen frequently throughout this series. These experiences were hard for me and it's hard to tell these stories and bring up the memories and emotions all over again, but I think it is incredibly important to share these experiences with other women.
