Starting Another Remodel. It's Over Due For This Place!!

This apartment has been needing a remodel for awhile now and I haven't done it due to the people that were living there didn't want to move so I let them stay with cheap rent. They were already living there when I purchased the building. The Old man finally passed, we started having lots of issues with the women's son and her friend etc. After they moved the roof had also finally gave out. I wanted to get the roof on last fall but I had sinus infections on both sides of my forehead and ended up having ballooning surgery. I let this place sit empty for a year and a half. It's well over due for a remodel. I'm hoping to take my time and take more videos of this remodel than I have done in the past. Come join in on this remodel.
