Africans Weren't Put Here To Validate Europeans

How Africans and Europeans are portrayed in the media reflects the roles and narratives society has set aside for each. For Africans or people of African origin the role is that of the validator or proof of European supremacism aor right to rule. This runs wholly contrary to any idea of an awakening to new ways of being in the world. So what should each party's role be in an awakened or awakening world?
