'Big Buck Bunny' is a 3D animated short film created by the 'Blender Institute' in Amsterdam and a small international team of creators. After a production period of over six months, this short film premiered at Amsterdam's new modern cinema 'Studio K' and is now available for everyone to enjoy and share freely.

The story is simple but funny and well executed. The animation is amazing considering the few resources available to create it. Big Congratulations to the team.

"Big Buck Bunny" is the first Creative Commons film to be featured on FrostWire's welcome screen. It is also the first download to be introduced in 2009 to the p2p community and has received over 40,000 downloads from FrostWire & FrostClick alone.
