Residents of Mariupol tell of human rights violations, including murder and the raping of children, committed by Ukrainian military forces which includes most severely the Azov Battalion. Records are being kept by independent journalists to be presented at a international war crimes court.
According to one French independent reporter, American forces have been "assigned" to train international volunteer forces under the command of the Ukrainian army.
