Disrupting Your FOMO & Regret When You Remember the Good Times

Sometimes a memory will enter your mind, and you're happy in that moment, but then as soon as you think "that can't happen again" you get upset, angry or sad. In this video I discuss why that is, and how to change it.

Your negative feeling is because you don't have faith or hope that you can be that happy again, which isn't true. You can, because you just were.

Reframing this experience will help you to have these mood shifts lessen over time. In the video I share how to do this.

Basically, it's turning a pessimistic thought into an optimistic thought.

When it happens you're pessimistic, feeling as if you will never experience that good time again, but, in reality, you should be optimistic because you just had the feeling that you were after which proves you CAN experience it again.
