Dominion Update

I found an interesting opinion on an appeal to a failed civil defamation suit filed by OAN's parent company Herring against MSNBC's Rachel Maddow. The opinion of that court seems to be very contrasting to the opinion given in the Dominion suit. Sidney Powell, et al make various defenses to the suit filed against them by Dominion, some identical to the most recent opinion given to Herring by the Ninth Circuit but the courts objected to a dismissal of the claims in the Dominion case. I am comparing those two cases and giving you my legal opinion. This is not to be taken as legal advice and I am not an acting attorney in any capacity.
